Neroli IN-Fused Water (citrus aurantium var. amara)

What is it? Neroli has an amazing, flower-scented aroma, rich in aromatics. It is derived through steam distillation of the white flowers of the bitter orange (Seville) tree. Neroli receives its name from the Italian city of Neroli, where it was used to ward off a plague in the 17th century. It mixes well with other citrus and flower oils. Neroli is also used frequently in Morocco to add fragrance to food, water and tea.
