Carsten Salon is recognized by the Press International De Coiffeur with the global award for best commercial hair dressing and hair photography. Carsten was featured in over 200 international and national hair magazines, operating two cosmetology schools in New York and Arizona for 50 years combined while also presenting hair shows in Berlin, Taormina, Sicily, Hamburg, New York.

Owner, Carsten has a European background which has been a cornerstone to his success. Carsten Salon has been part of the Phoenix community for decades.
Carsten enjoys educating the client that he's working with Intelligent I-N, a luxury brand that is also cruelty free. He is a close friend of Horst Rechelbacher and supports his mission for a better planet. Carsten does his part to make the planet more healthy and sustainable by riding his bike to work every day. His greatest tool to support his creativity are his eyes.

Carsten Salon has enjoyed many years as a member of Intercoiffure which is the most prestigious hairdresser organization represented world wide in more than fifty countries. Its headquarters is in Paris, France and membership is by invitation only.
