RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Intelligent Nutrients products. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, items purchased on our website may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

 

How to Start a Return

Please log in to your Account and have your order & tracking information ready. Then, contact our Customer Service team to begin the return process:

When reaching out, please include your full name, email address, and order number in your voicemail or email so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Our team will issue a refund or provide further instructions for returning your product.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and processed, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment and should appear within 1–5 business days.

 

Additional Information

  • Only products purchased directly from IntelligentNutrients.com are eligible for return.
  • If your purchase was made through a salon, authorized retailer, or another authorized partner, please contact them directly for their return policy and procedure.
  • Products not purchased from an authorized Intelligent Nutrients retailer are not eligible for return.
  • Customer Service hours (Toll Free): Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (excluding holidays).

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Domestic

Shipping Rules: Orders placed on or before 11am CST / 12pm EST ship same business day. After 11am/12pm ship next business day.

FedEx SmartPost: Delivery within 1-10 business days in the continental United Sates (not available to Int’l, Alaska or Hawaii locations). SmartPost is initially shipped via FedEx and then handed off to the local post office/USPS to make the final delivery.

FedEx Home Delivery: Delivery within 3-5 business days in the continental United Sates (not available to Int’l, Alaska or Hawaii locations).

FedEx 2 Day: Delivery within 2 business days to most U.S. locations (not available to Int'l locations). FedEx 2 day delivery is required in shipping to Hawaii and Alaska but may take longer than 2 days to arrive.

Fed Ex Express Saver: Delivery within 3 business days to most U.S. locations (not available to Int'l locations).

FedEx Standard Overnight: Guarantees next business day delivery by 3:00 pm (not available to Int'l locations, Alaska or Hawaii).


Free Shipping Policy
Free FedEx SmartPost Shipping is valid for online purchases of $75 or more. Eligible customers must select this option at checkout in order to receive free shipping. Offer is good for the order's first "ship-to" address anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges may apply. Not valid on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or international locations.

Order Change Policy
Please review the contents and the total amount of your order before submitting it. Once your order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center to be picked and packed and it cannot be modified or changed.

International Shipping Policy

 

We are shipping to select countries at this time. We are consistently reevaluating additional countries based upon demand. If you are from the following countries you will need to place your order with our in-market distributor:

Europe
