The combination of our gentle micro jojoba beads, organic active essential oils, plant and algae bioactives help to remove those surface cells to reveal your healthiest skin beneath. We use jojoba plant-based beads that are kind to your skin and to our sea life. Micro jojoba beads also don't create the micro tears in skin that harsh or artificial exfoliants can cause. And they're natural and biodegradable, unlike the plastic beads used in many conventional scrubs, which poison our water ecosystems.

Over decades, the plastic beads found in toothpastes, body and face scrubs began to show up in our aquatic life. Finally, the Microbead-Free Waters Act, effective July 2017, prohibited the manufacturing, packaging, and distribution of rinse-off cosmetics containing plastic microbeads. At I-N, we have always used plant-based beads that are biodegradable and biocompatible—never plastic. They're gentler on the skin, natural and biodegradable, so they will not end up in our oceans, rivers and surrounding ecosystems.

How It Works

Gently exfoliates with spherical jojoba beads (not plastic). Algae helps balance tone, while willow bark—containing salicin acid, a beta hydroxy acid—increases cell turnover and dissolves oil to clear pores and preps skin to receive maximum benefits of serums, moisturizers and treatments.

Skin-loving essential oils of lavender and bergamot help soothe skin and calm, while sandalwood helps hydrate and orange oil acts as an astringent to bring skin back to balance.

Increases cell turnover as it brightens and purifies pores.

Contains willowbark with salicin, a natural BHA, to dissolve oil.

For a more intense treatment, use as a mask by leaving on for several minutes.
